EH-101 Merlin.

AgustaWestland AW101 (formerly EH-101), nicknamed Merlin is a helicopter of medium type and widely applicable. It was developed in collaboration between Agusta of Italy and Westland Helicopters in the UK, which later merged with Agusta Westland. Development work was started in 1984 to create a replacement for the Sea King anti-submarine helicopter, which means it is designed as a Marine helicopter, with a rural military transport version, but are also marketed for civil use.
As of June 2007 the manufacturer to change the model designation from the EH-101 AW101 as a result of a general update of the naming convention following the merger in 2000.
The Danish Air Force (RDAF) use the continue as "EH-101 Merlin"
I was so luck to get out and fly with one of our Merlin today.
