M10 Achilles by Liam2010 M10 Achilles by Liam2010
The M10 Achilles was a British variant of the American M10 tank destroyer armed with the powerful British Ordnance QF 17 pounder anti-tank gun in place of the standard 3" (76.2 mm) Gun M7. With a total of 1,100 M10s converted, the 17 pdr SP Achilles was the second most numerous armored fighting vehicle to see service armed with the 17 pounder gun, behind the Sherman Firefly.

with its 17-pounder or just 17-pdr. a 76.2 mm gun.

This one is a M10 Achilles IIC

Great fun was it so that after two days to see one drive around. fav.me/d6dvwoh

Does anyone know what type of tracks and drive sprocket is on this? They are non standard type. The Sherman series had a different type of sprocket and tracks.

I wonder if the tracks and sprockets are not from the Canadian version of the Sherman. It was called the Grizzly. There was a 25 pounder SP called the Sexton that Commonwealth troops used from 1944 on. I think it had those type of tracks and sprockets.
